How far delivery reaches

The kitchen is in Ocoee, FL 34761, on the west side of Orlando. From there delivery goes up to 25 miles, and the fee changes with distance — the closer you are, the less you pay.

• Ocoee, Winter Garden and Windermere: the closest areas, in the cheapest band.
• Orlando: covered, including downtown and the parks area, one band up.
• Farther than that: the site works it out the moment you type your address, before you commit to anything.

You don't have to guess or ask: put your address in the order form and the exact fee appears on screen, measured from the kitchen to your door.

When pickup beats delivery

Pickup is always free. It makes sense when you're already out west — you work nearby, you drive that way for school, you shop around there. In that case it's a trip you were making anyway.

If you live on the other side of town, think twice. People book pickup assuming Ocoee is just around the corner and find a half-hour drive each way. Delivery usually costs less than the gas and the time.

Delivery is free over $60 within 15 miles, and over $80 beyond that. If you're ordering for a party, you're usually there already.

What you can order

How far ahead to order

The minimum is 24 hours. For weekends and the day before a holiday, give it a few days: this is a home kitchen, not a shelf with cakes waiting.

Every order is confirmed before it goes in the oven. You know the date, the time window and the total before you pay anything.
